UC0 Error

Damn it to hell but I got a UC0 error even with original image which means the tuner is fooked. I am still under warranty, but will be without box for weeks. There is a fix using a capacitor on another forum (the home of Hydra) but I am not registered there and they are taking no more registrations. Would anyone know where to put the capacitor?

UC0 Error

Okay, I found out. It is way too risky to try when I am still under warranty because success is not certain. So the box is going back.

My System: DM7000s + 40Go HDD

Hello,

I also have this error UC0. I cannot download the file which explains the 8.2pf capacitor modification because the Italian forum does not accept my registration.

Could you let me know where to find the information on how (which pins of the STV0299) to connect the capacitor?

Thank you.

Best regards.

UC0 Error Fix

First regarding the warranty, I did install a HD but removed it before returning. I replaced the image with the original. Box was fixed and returned.

The capacitor fix can be found by searching sat-industry for UC0 error

My System: DM7000s + 40Go HDD

Hello,

Thank you for your answer. Yes, I know the post on sat industry you are referring to.
The problem is that I cannot download the zip file which contains the details of the modification because I am not registered on that forum.

They do not accept new registrations.

So, if you have this file, could you please send it to me?

Thank you

Hi,

After deep research, I managed to find the file in an other forum, so, forget my request.

I made the modification in my tuner, but the error is still there.

UC0 Error and image

Have to tried a different image. When I spoke with my supplier re. my UC0 error they said that some images can give a false UC0 error (RuDream for example).

If this doesn't work you could get the chip and find someone to change it for you.
