dm 7020 technical problem

Hi everyone,
I've got problem with my dm7020. Problem is with audio. If I switch dm on from standby it works for
5-10 minutes without any problems and than start making some tapping noise. At first this was happening
only on scart connection, at the time I used phono plugs worked ok but lately it has same noise on all of the outputs.
Also is there any chance to get hold of circuit shematics for dm7020

Is this happening on all channels ?

Do You connect true an amplifier or home sound system ?

Using Gemini or what ?

Yes it does, no matterr what channel is on. Does't start straight away if is beeing shutdown, takes about 5 to 10 minutes
While noise start's if i just put on stand by, you can hear noise still even picture is gone.

No i dont. It's connected directly to a tv. Also, i have tried different tv's
make no difference.

Yes it is loaded with gemini, but also there is image which come
with it and is same again.

Come with an image on it, not sure now what it is...might be original (box not here so i can't check)
I have added multi boot on usb stick, did make some differens at the beginning but started again.
For example... if was connected with scart lead and powered up
it makes noise like an starting engine something like wrooooooom...
Than i found out that phono plugs working ok....but after a while it happend on there 2 .

Very strange problem, hard to pinpoint what is doing what.

Could be something with the starting files, something beeing corrupted so a way to test that is using Dream-up and flashing the box with a new and fresh OS - and then load latest gemini.
