My System: DreamBox 7020
The Dreambox 7020 not respond

Hello my friends

I have a Dreambox 7020

Was working well

Suddenly the electricity cut off from the house

After that when i want to turn on the Dreambox

The Orange display shows my this mark "

And the box not respond

What do I do ?

Hopefully the power supply didn't die.
You can try flashing it with the same image that it had.
For this you need to use a null modem cable between the RS-232 (9-PIN Connector) on receiver and PC.

My System: DM7020 SI Anysee Humax 5400z

This seems to be most likely power supply problem you can confirm that if you cannot connect your serial com port cable or by checking the out put of your PS
