Best image for 7020

Hi i got a DM7020 just running gbox with no fancy internal harddisks or flash drives plugged in.

I know i gotta learn about cccam soon and move over from gbox but is there any better images to use at the moment because im using Gemini Project 4.6 but this is quite a old image think its a year old.

Would I be better using the Phi images or some others ???

Also is it best to have the image on a usb flash disk then using the internal memory on the box???

I notice when im doing playback from windows shares the box can run very low on memory.
