Web browsing through dreambox 7025

Is there a way (add-on, plug-in .... or something else) of having a web browser (opera, mozila, explore...) on a dreambox 7025 with Gemini project 2 ver. 3.10 installed?

If not I wonder what's the purpose of having a keyboard connected on it?

You can try the Links web browser.

There is some information about it in the forum.
If you didn't find it till now using the powerful search engine, then here it is

I have just made an update.
Hope this helps.
Recommend to use a keyboard. Search the forum.
Also check if your box has a more recent Gemini image. I use Gemini 4.0 for the 7000S.

The Gemini version number are out of sync with the 7025. I think 3.1 is the latest but has the features of 4.1 on a 7000s

Hello guys,

First of all thanks for your replies.

I have tried downloading the plugin "Links Web Browser" directly from the blue Button but there was not such a plugin (Enigma version i have is 3.10 and the latest is 3.20. Version 4.0 is for dm7000. In my version listed plugins are only 13).

In any case I downloaded "Links-webbrowser-0.1-051125.tar.gz" from i-have-a-dreambox web site and I manually installed it on my dreambox. I rebooted the box but the plugin was not listed in my available plugins. I suppose that is not compatible with the enigma version I have or maybe the box.

Should you have any other suggestion please reply...
