Smile Help - Load satellite channels on 7025S+

Hi

I am a new user of the DM7025 and I don't know if this question has already cropped up in the forum, but I am having difficulty to load the different satellite channels settings and bouquets that I have downloaded from the internet into the DM7025S. I am trying to FTP the unzipped channel list by using the DreamBox Edit software into the dreambox receiver software location settings:

Services and Bouquets files: /etc/enigma2/
User Bouquets Files: /etc/enigma2/
Satellites .xml files: /etc/tuxbox/

But all I get is the same saellite channel list that I had previously scanned using the receiver.

Any help on how this is to be done.

Thanks and best wishes.

Have you tried using dreamedit to copy bouquets from/to you 7025+?

Becarefull if you are trying to copy bouquets from a different model of box ie 7000 or 600 as the files are a different format on the enigma2 7025. If you look at both 7025 and 600/7000/7020/500 bouquets you will see there is 1 extra field in the 7025 bouquet file. I can't show you an example as I am not at home at the moment. When you try and open 600 bouquets with dreamedit setup for a 7025 it tells you there are errors in the files and fixes them by removing all the errors, you end up with empty bouquets.

I copied the bouquet's from my 600 to the PC, manually edited them by adding the extra field. I could then open them with dreamedit and copy them to the 7025. You have to tell dreamedit in the options that you are using a 7025.
