CCCam issue / sky card

Hi my DM7020 Si arrived from china today and it has taken me a couple of hours to get it to the point where there are about 50 tv channels but only 2 of them are watchable the rest are NDS Videoguard but I do have a valid subscription for some channels.

I have tried CCCam 2.09 and 2.0.7 when I press smartcard ifo service I get " no or unknowen card inserted" this is on both card slots

Is there something I am still missing?

If the channels you have a card for are NDS then yes you are missing a cam.
As you do not say which they are one cannot speculate

Have you rememberred to make the cam the default cam. (Blue or yellow button from memory- its fairly obvious what you need to do once you find the right place in the menus.)

I think on this occasion he must have the emulator activated because he is at least seeing the message " no card" on the webinfo screen.

I no it sounds silly but try ensuring the card has been put into the slot the correct way, chip down

Nice but Dim
