Help! DM800 displays error on screen!

Its not been long since I've got my DM800 back from the dealership after my faulty tuner was replaced....

I turned it off and when I plugged the power back in it displayed:

"Dreambox -> error"

I have no idea what happened nor what to do to bring it back

I've tried reflashing the box by pressing the shutdown button during startup, it won't respond.

I've tried flashing it using Serial cable + Ethernet, bootloader is loaded on the box and the box displays IP and indicates that its in serial mode. Once the bootloader is loaded onto the box a message comes up saying:

"NO CA found by 2nd stage loader, please contact support at dream-multimedia"

If anybody could help me out here I would be really grateful.
