I'm not sure about DM-800, But CCcam should do it (I thinkk).

2 things to check,

1: Make sure CCcam is running, Go to Blue Panel, Select CCcam, and select restart Camd. You should be able to tell if CCcam is running by pointing your browser at your dreambox, http://dreamboxip:16000

eg http://192.168.1.101:16000

2: Are you sure you have the card in the right way up?

I cant see why the card would not work considering Pols@t can be cleared with a combination of keys and CCcam.

There was another member who had a DM-500 i think, and the card reader cable was disconnected inside his DM, I'd leave checking that as a last resort though.

i did check it on the dreambox CCcam and on my pc server CCcam and both are the card not found,
i think the card is paired with the cam.
and my seca cards are been readed in DB800,also my irdeto euro1080 card,so there is no problem with cardreader.
i hope tehere is somebody taht can tell me more what i else can do,
there must be a solution for that problem.
