Just having a read around the forum. Is there anything that I should be wary of with regards to the clone? I haven't received it yet but it is in transit. I don't want to do anything stupid that will brick the box, as i'm unsure whether the guides that i have been reading are for original boxes only. Would be great if someone could point me in the right direction. The image im planning to use is Nabilosat Blackhole 0.11 . . . Thanks! | ||

My System: 5600 and gemini newcamd, 95cm motor dish thts it atm! | just dont use any original gemini images on it! i have a clone and all is good! these newer clones are alot better than the older generation! only grumble with mine is the oled display is a line out! ie the top line of the display rolls over to bottom !!! annoying lol thats it  | ||

My System: 5600 and gemini newcamd, 95cm motor dish thts it atm! | im happy with the pre loaded image atm! translation...... im not confident enought to screw around with it that much just yet  but obv somewhere (original or clone) that must config where the start address point is of the oled display! just wondering if any 1 knows? cheers ian | ||

Right.....i've set up my box with the Nabilosat blackhole 0.12 image patched for bootloader 72. All I have right now is the Sly Dish so basically all I want is a list of channels that would have been made available with my normal sly box. Is this possible? I have dreambox control centre, dreambox edit, a Sly UK Bouquet from linuxsat but my head is banging right now because of all the information overload! I'm pretty confused. Is it possible to set it up so the channel numbers are like sly's eg 101 for BBC 1 and 401 for Sly Sports 1 etc etc etc? Also, how do i get rid of the garbage channels (the majority of them)? | ||
