I am able to play my AVI files fine in the E2 Media Player. I never use subtitles as a rule but I have a movie that has the occasional foreign talking that would be ruined without subtitles. I stream direct from my Drobo (a Mass Storage Device) and the srt (subtitles) file of exactly the same name as the movie is also present. Even when I turn subtitles on from the remote, I am not getting anything. When I try the same movie in Quicktime or VLC on my Mac, the subtitles work fine, so there must be some trick to get the DM8000 to work!?!? | ||
