ITV HD and DM8000

Anybody got ITV HD working with Dreambox 8000. I cant get it working. Any ideas.

If you get itv but no image edit channel with dreamboxEdit like in the img.

Or copy/paste from other list to your list.

Google for it there's loads of posts about it. You must edit the lamedb file. It's no different to the DM800

I edited the my lamedb file with the following lines from your file

290E:011A0000:090B:003B:1:0
ITV HD
c:000D49,c:030D49,c:040D4A,p:BSkyB,c:050001,f:5

I tried ITV HD no change. I only get Radio image on screen as before.
I restarted the box. Tried ITV HD no change. I then checked the lamedb and it had changed back to previous values before I had edited and saved it. I edited it again and the same thing happened. Any idea why.

Just using image Nabilosat Enigma2 Black Hole - DM8000 v0.11

copy lamedb to pc, edit, put it back into /etc/enigma2
permissions should be 644
the correct entry is:-
290e:011c0000:090b:003b:1:0
ITV HD
p:Free Sat,c:000d49,c:030d49,c:040d4a,c:050001,f:5

then use Dreamboxedit to check entry - type should be 1 (Tv)

The process that works for me is;

1 Carry out a single transponder scan on 11426 H 27500 2/3 to get Channel 10510
2 Find then Edit Channel 10510 in etc/enigma2/lamedb using DreamboxEdit (detail is in the string and interestingly results in a slightly different lamedb entry to the one which works on a Dm800 !)

3 Download back to box and restart enigma
4 Bob's your uncle (or in my case it's Clive)
