Packages Subscription Entry Level Cost

Nowadays there are so many subscription packages from many countries.
Each package can have several options for the potential subscribers.
I thought that it would be interesting to show the Entry Level cost for each package, since without it it is not possible to move on to the more exciting options like PPV, VOD, Adults, Sports, etc.
The cost is shown in local currency and also the equivalent in Euro.
It doesn't include any setup and activation cost or set top box monthly payments, if any.
For each entry level, the number of channels that can be viewed is also shown.

The list will be updated as more packages are dealt with in the near future.

Please report in this thread any errors or updates in the prices so that the list will be reliable enough as a good reference information page.
Also, if you have any comments about any package apart from error reporting, then please post it in the relevant package thread which can be accessed from the link for the specific package.
