Additional channels

Hi,

I am currently using Dish tv dth. I am from South India, Chennai.

Is it possible to receive additional foriegn or local fta channels (possible some adult channels) other than those available in dish by changing the reception without changing the direction of the dish and without changing any other accessory.

I am not a technical guy and not getting any help from the guys here.

in this direction you can get the Ku signals of insat 4b only.

What additional channels will i get with ku band from insat 4b other than dish tv packages???

What is the frequency for it??
