Can you attach a picture of your dish and LNB, showing how well the workmanship looks like.
I have a feeling that your LNB is not connected well to the coaxial cable and therefore water from the rain gets into the LNB-Coax interface.
When the sun rises, it evaporates the water and make it dry, bringing back the signal.
Either replace the whole length of cable, if it is not too long, or cut a portion length on the LNB side, fit a new F connector and attach it to the LNB and then use some weather proof material.
If your LNB connector doesn't look good, I would suggest replacing the LNB, but this means that you need to do a bit of work setting it up for maximum signal.
