The Signal Strength and quality are 100%.
Have tried disconnecting power and restarting - nothing.

The box is a Sky + HD Samsung.

I initialy went round to replace his LNB and noticed that he couldnt record(message=system fault, call this number) also that he had the old style menu. I then did the forced software update and ten minutes later when it came on it had the new menu layout.
Everytime I try to navigate through the menu or tv guide, the box would suddenly switch off and take about 30 seconds to a minute to come back on by pressing the on button on the remote control. This happens every time on the menu, sometimes you can progress a page further but then it crashes. Then I decided to leave it on a working channel but again after a couple of minutes the box will switch off.I tried a system reset but same fault.

I know Five is avaialable in the clear on Freesat but to test videoguard compatibility I want to take a Sky Freefromsat valid card and put it in a CAM.
Can anyone suggest how to do this? I only need one channel to work, Five is good because we can compare performance with the clear version on Freesat.

Have been away for a while, but I am getting back into the satellite game! Going to get an install of Sky HD in my house in holland, but will only be able to have one sub due to no multi-room allowed.

I plan on getting a second box however for the bedroom, and I was wondering how long, and how easy it is to switch cards between the boxes? Haven't had a sky box for years! Is it simply stick it in and the channels will come on?
