Although still contracted to his 2009 team Renault, Fernando Alonso has been granted permission to attend this weekend's Ferrari World Finals. Alonso, who will drive for the Maranello squad next season, will attend their annual end-of-season celebration, which this year takes place for the first time at Valencia's Ricardo Tormo circuit in Spain.
