Take the drive off the Box by using Dismount option in management.

Attach the Drive to your Laptop or Desktop.

My computer, right mouse click on the drive, properties, then click on the tools button, then click on the button check now. This will clear any errors on the disk, when your done, defrag the drive in accessories and system tools and this will improve performance when your playing back.

Today I updated my software with new version dated 10 Sep 2009 and its called V1.2.3 and used the PVR function to record but although it seems like the receiver is recording but its not doing anything as the screen goes blank and all the channels disappear. I had to reboot the receiver several times.

Can someone help me and let me know how to fix this error.

I have 2 external hard drives and Passion + recognises one finely and does not recognise the other one. Why?

I recently updated my passion+ with the software from the FortecStar WEB site pn2_av123fs_20090910
It looks very nice but seems to have a few bugs in the software.

I have set a few timed programs to be recorded & these have not been recorded
(Direct recording of program worked fine)
Also system start from standby gives no video or audio via HDMI lead. (I don’t use a SCART so not checked that) Only way to get video back is to carry out a power shut down. System starts up ok and audio/video returns.
I have rolled back to the older software p2_av110_20090107 all loaded & works fine.

Has anybody else noticed any quirks?
