Jaeger heavy duty super jack 36" possible to assemble on Fibo 1.25m?

Hello!
aproximently to weeks ago,my jager smr 1224 makes problems,in the midle during moving,on aproximently 15 West, the echostar reveiver shows me motor error!

now i dont know,should i buy i new smr 1224!
i heard rumours that jager has been changed the production, form taiwan to china, now, the conection streps, inside, are not iron, like in the past, the using plastic conection now,can anyone confirm this?
this maybe also would be the reason that this motor often now fault, when it used,on haevey dishes!
often i read this problem,on boards, what i have at the moment,so it looks like that i never buy the smr 1224 again, when the newer modells has lower quality, then the old ones?

now,i want to know,is it posibleb to assemble a havey duty super jack 36",on the backside of the fibo 1,25,Polarmount,or is there a special modification plate needed?

i want the full moving range,up to 80 east!
maybe 24" motor is also enough
for full moving range?
,but at the moment,i only have 36" Motors here!
any ideas?
maybe the motor is to big,and it will crash on the backside without special adaption?
if someone,ever installed the big 36" please,post pictures,and explain,how to assemle it !
thanx

My System: 1.2M, & 55cm Gregorian Dish`s, 1.8m Precision dish Jaeger 1224 H-H motor.Dreambox 800, Vbox-II. SS2 Card.

Have you checked the reed switch inside? Or maybe the echostar is at fault? Have you tried another positioner?

Take a look here:-

Fibo Gregorian - alternative motor setups

You could always mount your fibo on the channelmaster polar mount, but not sure if it would take a 36" actuator?

Hello Crossbones!
thx,for your reply, yes, the read sensor, works very well, the counter,on my 3600 echo ,does also his job,i think its a kind of mechnical problem inside the motor, that it blocks now, maybe from wind,i dont kow at the moment!

the channel master polarmount für 90cm /120cm,that talking in the other topic i also have it here, maybe i should use this instead of fibo orginal mount?
what do you think is better in combination with 36" jager super jack?

If you installed your fibo on the c/m polar mont. would you need a 36" actuator, as I think an 18" would do the job very well

Hello crossbones!
good morning
yes i know, normaly 18" is enough, but i dont have ,this type of motor here at the moment, and the problem ,would be that i dont have the full moving range i want receive the full range from 80 east to 58w,and for example my 24",jager on my irte dish 1,86,that i use for cband for the western satelites moves from 45w,up to 68,5e,that mens so smaler the motor is,so much more limited,is your moving range!

My System: , Fibo Gregorian 1.2mtr, Skystar 2

if you do use a C-Master mount on your Fibo then I would be happy to buy the original mount off you which you have used with your 1224...
