Hot from F1.com Welcome to the British Grand Prix at Silverstone, the ninth round of the 2008 FIA Formula One World Championship and, effectively, the midpoint. Yet again there is a strong possibility that rain could affect the outcome of the weekend. Showers are forecast on all four days, with the ambient temperature high dropping from 20 degrees Celsius on Thursday and Friday to 17 on Saturday, before rising to 18 on raceday. Whether the precipitation actually reaches Silverstone, of course, is another matter. More...
