Hot from F1.com Sebastian Vettel, one of the five home drivers preparing for his home Grand Prix, perhaps had the most to smile about on Thursday when he was confirmed as a Red Bull Racing partner for Mark Webber in 2009, but the Toro Rosso star wasn't the only German feeling chipper.
