hard reset Fortec Passion

help
Iv just fiddled with my Fortec Passion a twaek too far.
My reciever is linked by Component not SCART and
I selected RGB on TV options and the screens gone blank
I have tried power off and turning on with the ok/ menu/</> buttons and do get the Passion mountain scene for about 14 secs before it switches to SCART

without the menus how can I do a reset which will take it back to component

Any advice welcome

My System: Sky+, DB 7000s, Gemini 4.3 in flash, Var on USB stick. Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Unaohm EP313, Swires Annie 204 Spectrum, Rover ST-4 Spectrum.

Does it have an rf out as well?

If it does, use that to see the screen to set it back.

With your component cable connected and a blank screen -

Press Menu
Press > twice
Press V (down) once
Then OK

You should now have the TV Settings Menu on your screen (default is CVBS, which will carry your component signal through to your TV).

(No RF out Rolf)
