Word of warning for new Passion+ owners

For any other new Passion+ owners, do not make the same mistake as me. Only install the official Passion+ firmware update DO NOT install the regular Passion updates, if you do it will disable your USB ports and make it impossible to re-flash the firmware. I now need to have a conversation with Fortec Star on Monday morning to see if they can help.

Send the box back to us at the advertised address in Sheffield. Identify the issue and we will reflash the chip.

Best regards.

Hi ForctecStar1

Apart from the shipping cost, are there any other costs involved for this.
