My System: fortec passion fixed dishes 19e & 28e |
I've just updated the firmware using files (loader_v150.dnl & p_av115_20080724.dnl) downloaded from Fortec's site but now the receiver won't reboot. When I power on the front panel displays "LOADER V15" which flashes on and off. Presumably I did something wrong but is this recoverable? | ||

Swedish Microwave 1.2 Motorised dish / Invacom C120 twin LNB driven by the AD3000. 3 other fixed dishes.  Fighting the evil 3 Dragons under the Don Quixote banner,Sir Llew persevered where others failed | You could try switching the box off and plugging in your USB stick. Switch the box back on and see if it shows the files on the USB stick. If that works, you can try reloading the loader file, then the p_av115 file. Llew | ||

My System: fortec passion fixed dishes 19e & 28e | Well I've got it up and running now. Used the "press all the buttons in desperation" technique. The VOL+ key got rid of the "LOADER V15" display and it returned to the familiar "PASSION". I turned it on and the TV screen burst into life again. | ||
