Thanks to help from here I have been happy viewing the extra channels available. However I have realised that the picture I once had on BBC HD has gone but the audio remains. Can I just scan for BBC HD or do I have to do a full rescan ? If a full rescan will it look for ITV HD and any other channels? Allan | ||

HI Allan I have just the basic Passion HD setup and find it best if any problems occur Do a Factory Reset also if you have updated with the latest downloads from the Fortec Star website you should get BBC HD and ITV HD listed also the new EPG and welcome banner | ||

My System: Fortec Star Passion HD | Well thanks to the above and the advice from other topics on updating I've done the update on my Passion HD tonight. I used the USB method and I'm now on Firmware 120 and Loader 150 and all seems to be working OK. The new EPG is great and I get the HD channels. Thanks Allan | ||
