Since I got the BBC North West on ch101 I can only switch to it by entering 101 off the keypad buttons on the remote. If I try to use the up/down buttons say from 102 ie BBC2 it jumps down to 3152,one of the fta channels.101 also doesn't show up in the channel guide.Anyone else got this problem and whats the remedy ?

My System: sky + Freesat grundig hd

The adding of the new services itself does not work , i had bbc 1 london ( my region is bbc1 west ) today so i updated my box by fresh install and bingo the local bbc was there as well as my local itv and itv2+1 as well. so it looks like the best way is to update it yourself as it does not do it on its own, wonder also why cnn and sky news are not included as they are both free to air as well as luxe hd .

My System: sky + Freesat grundig hd

the freesat software does not seem to be as good as the sky system for updates it seems to need manually updating to get all the channels , plus the hd hdmi does not work well on the grundig model the picture goes blank every now and then , i hope a bug in the software and not in the box
