Exclamation ITVHD in Scotland and Ireland

ITV HD launches properly this evening in time for the football, but if you have a Freesat box and live in Scotland or Northern Ireland it will not be available via the red button for the time being:

The answer to this if you want to watch the Euro2008 games in HD is to set the box up again with an English postcode

So is this just an artificial software block added to official Freesat boxes? I take it non-freesat boxes are unaffected by this?

Ok extending this lets get all the ITV company postcodes so you can set your Freesat boxes up on any region

Anglia NR1 3JG
Border CA1 3NT
Central B1 2JT
Channel JE1 3ZD
Granada M60 9EA
HTV Wales CF5 6XJ
London WC1X 8XZ
Meridian ME14 5NZ
HTV West BS4 3HG
Westcountry PL7 5BQ

Yes its just on the Freesat boxes - STV & UTV arent part of the ITV PLC empire. No doubt a deal will be done at some point, but this is a major own goal for Freesat.
