Panasonic PZ81B and no ITV HD

I moved house recently and I'm using a sky digital mini dish that was already installed, but have conncted it to a new panasonic PZ81B and it works, but there's no ITV HD in the channel list. The previous occoupant left the Grundig Digibox which I've used without a card to play a little.

I'm getting a Network ID 003B and Transport Stream ID 07FD

The signal quality is 50%.

Could the dish be mis-aligned or could this be an LNB problem (local oscilliator frequency or skew).

BBC HD looks lovely. But wherefore art thou ITV hd?

ITV HD is not available with a Sky digibox. The transmission parameters are non-standard. You need a Freesat box or certain other DVB receivers.

I presume that this is the new Freesat equipped TV, so it will be fine for ITV HD, but it is not a channel in its own right, it is accessed from the red button on ITV 1 when HD content is available.
