My System: DM 600 PVR with HDD. Gemini 4.40, Moteck SG2100, Fracarro Penta 85 dish, + some puters | There is no difference in what channels are available really. There are some that are available on an FTA system that are not yet on Freesat (As far as I know). Freesat will have a decent EPG whereas an FTA system is lacking in that department, You will only get now and next at best from 28.E.

My System: 2.3m p-Focus Dish, Invercom LNB w/Scaler ring, Manhatton 550 receiver | Hi you sat people - Does anyone know if the SKY freeview(freesat?) digibox is a "standard" Sky box with its inherent menu EPG software, or does the Sky Freeview box EPG omit all of the Sky subscription channels. regards - Steamgauge

My System: DM 600 PVR with HDD. Gemini 4.40, Moteck SG2100, Fracarro Penta 85 dish, + some puters | With a sly digibox, you will have the standard sly EPG, It will list all channels subscription and free no matter whether you are using it for Free To Air programing only or not. Freesat boxes have their own EPG, I don't know how good it is as I've not seen it. This EPG will only show channel listings for channels in the Freesat package. Freesat is a new satellite package from BBC + ITV which is free to air. They have thier own boxes with software for thier EPG etc, You wont get that EPG with a regular FTA reciever.
