My System: humax 5400, humax pr-hd1000. possibly kathrein ufs910 magic cam 1-8mtr dish
What is Freesat

Please clarify what is Freesat ?

is it part of the sky package
or
is it all the free to air on 28E.
or
is it a package on its own like freeview on terrestial tv
also please confirm that it is on 28E
