My System: FORTEC STAR PASSION+ Satellite Kit (Maplins).
Unhappy Fortec Star Passion+ Ch4 no display

I have lots of the normal channels including BBC1HD & ITVHD.

(Last night watched the big fight Carl Frotch in stunning HD quality)

However I notice that I have good signal indications for CH4 but no Video signal.

Do I need to edit channel settings, if so what are they?

Signal intensity 64%, signal quality is 81%.

Have just noticed that on screen display says

ASTRA 2A
FTA (FREE) DF10729 v22000

Should this be ASTRA 2B.

Any help would be most appreciated!

Astra 2A is the umbrella title that the Passion uses for all Astra's satellites co-located at 28.2E. Also included is Eurobird 1 at 28.5E.

BTW, that frequency is for Channel 4+1 (timeshifted Channel 4).

Do you receive a picture on the regular Channel 4 TP? (10714H).

if not, do as SM suggests and rescan the channels.

C4 is on 10714H 22000 5/6. This is the lowest frequency in use at 28E and strtches some lnbs
