Adult content on freesat?

I am looking at buying the Humax Fox HD Freesat PVR. I know this will receive all the freesat channels, but it does have a cam slot and can be manual tuned to pick up some euro channels. Does this mean that I could receive euro adult channels with a card? Is this simple to setup? What I need is the freesat working like sky + does and then a push of a button go to the manual channels, without any complicated retuning!

Probably the easiest thing to do would be to put up another dish and feed the two dishes to your receiver using a Diseqc switch. I'm not too familiar with the adult packages available, but Hotbird may be a good starting point.

I can't see any reference to a CAM slot or which encryptions it supports.
