Fortec Star set up

I have no luck trying to receive Freesat channels from the kit system bought from Maplins. Even with 70% signal and over 50%Q on the antenna set up bars and shreiking signal on the sig strength meter All hd and bbc and ITV channels indicate no signal.
I am receiving abstract channels such as aljafeera or whatever,
Any suggestions as to my problems please. I have spent literally hours moving the dish.
The receiver is a Fortec Star Passion+ .The LNB isthe universal FSKUVN

Could also be the wrong satellite.

Al Jazeera is a very common channel name:

so doesn't help much. What other channels do you get?
