Foxsat hdr multi sat

Hi All,
I hope someone can help, I have a foxsat HRD, STAB120 motor, 90cm offset dish with quad LNB with 2 feeds to the receiver. If I do a new install on my foxsat just as freesat I am able to record any two channels at the same time, so all is well. However I would like to use the motorised system to enable me to watch the Italian channels on Hotbird, if I choose to factory reset the box and set up as a motorised mulit sat setup all works fine, but when I go back to freesat mode I can only record one channel (or have a very limited choice) Have I made a mistake or is there a problem with the foxsat hdr box?

My System: Triax 1.1m and Orbital 80cm Motorised Dishes. Various fixed Dishes. Eclectic selection of Digital and Analogue Receivers. Complex switching and distribution that SWMBO cannot fathom. Nor me.

Neither.

The Foxsat HDR has limited Record functionality when used other than exclusively with Freesat.

Humax do not see it as a priority to invest in improving it as a true multi-sat PVR.
