My System: Konig Satellite Receiver
Question Free to air receiver

Hi just bought a 80cm dish for my motor home and the package included a Konig SDFTA11 free to air receiver. Have managed to set it up but can I use the rec for freesat. Want to get the normal english channels. Thanks in advance.

My System: Sky UK. FTA analogue & digital satellite from 6 fixed dishes (5E/7E/9E/10E/13E/16E/ 19E/23E/28E) Pace MSS100, Echostar IP3000VA, Technomate TM-1000D, Dreambox 7020S

You have a free to air receiver not a Freesat receiver.

However, if the dish is set up and aligned correcrtly yes you will be able to use it for the UK channels transmitted in the clear.

Your dish is aligned to 19E instead of 28E
