Lovely dish, everyone should have one in their backgarden, i always loved prime focus dishes as they are more flexible with what feed options you can go for than a offset dish.

RD100 in this forum got the same dish as you.

What dish do you use for KU-band or will you use the Prodelin dish for both KU and C?

If only!.
I am getting grief from the wife over a 90 cm on the front of the house.A threat to put it down the garden.Nearly ended in divorce.

My System: Kabel BW

Great dish and arc
A 3.7m should be more than sufficient for C-Band. I wonder if it's worth to install a bigger one anywhere in Europe.

For all interested in C-Band reception from Italia i recommend a visit at _http://www.digital-forum.it/showthread.php?t=2482 . More than 130 pages of knowhow and photos.

5m !! For C-Band or also for Ku ? Latter would be very costly.

My prodelin 3.4 M in tropical sunlight

Congratulations Paul682. Nice pics. I have the 3.4 m but same built. Mine is a used one. Already assembled but not up yet. I need your help. Post some pics of the LNB struts holding the Scalar ring for me to get an idea. I got only one strut ( support bracket for LNB). I have to ( already cut) engineer the horse shoe holding the scalar ring. The strut attaches to it at an angle. Thank you. I got a short pole and prefer to leave it as such as I will try to receive 3-4 satellites on fixed position.

Thank you Paul682. I downloaded the manual for 3.4/3.7m dish from Prodelin site with all instructions. Without it would be impossible to assemble. You can mail me the pdf . I see that your LNB arms are attached directly to Scalar ring. I made what I call a horse shoe. The Scalar ring is mounted on that hose shoe. This is just in case i would add a KU adapter.
