or is necessary an MPEG 4 DECODER????

Will not work with Mpeg 2 decoder you will need to buy a mpeg 4 decoder

an mpeg4 cam is just like putting hd ready on an lnb

or it might be that some older cams are not capable of processing the datarates needed for mpeg4,

in short you need a mpeg4 decoder somewhere, your sat box doesn't have the cpu power, if it had it would be marked so

i have recorded mpeg4 from sat and played them on my pc, works fine
