Reunion Beam 16e in south spain,with biger dishes posible?

Hello!
iam looking still for some information,about the reunion beam,on 16e,here in europe ,is it posible to reveive or not?

in an old drdish show,maybe 5 years ago, he told,that it should posible in south spain,with biger dishes,to catch the beam,i have no information how the situation looks today,can anyone confirm from this area?

yes its very old now,does anyone know,when this bird,will be replaced?
