My System: technomate reciever 5500 ci super, astra 28.2 E and nilesat 7w
Eurobird steerable 1

hi all does anyone know what size dish would be required for the eurobird steerable 1 ?? thanks all

My System: IDD CI24 ECONO MM Penta 1.20 Galaxy II 1.2Mtr Polar MTG yes it has been on the arc for 21 years and is still driven by a modified wiper motor from a Ford Anglia. It's like me sometimes groans but always performs

Are you refering to Eurobird 1 at 28.5 deg East with the S1 beam??

thanks, yes that be the one i was hoping to get the more 4 eire, as astra 2d is out of the reach. However this beam looks quite unlikely

My System: 43cm Dish, Sky Plus v2, Thomson DSI4214, FRACARRO PENTA 85cm, Invacom Twin, Moteck SG2100a H-H DiSEqC Motor, TF5000CI, TM-5200D, Sling Media, Rover Discovery ST-4, Rover SDM-1s, 57E to 58W, Tecatel 1.35m fixed on 28e, Pace D5430-N

S1 is not possible if you have the popular CM 1.2m dish. (I see you have a 1.3m from another thread )

Your get North, South & Fixed beams with this.

but.....3.1m prime focus for 2d or S1
