hi all i am worried about HB4 coz it will be replaced by HB8 in April so i want to know that will i be able to get the signals of HB8 in pakistan>peshawar ?  | ||

| Hotbird 8 has approximately the same footprint of hotbird 2,3,4 wide beam and hotbrd 6 which has a smaller footprint is accessible in Pakistan so definately hotbird 8 and 7a most frequencies will be receivable in Pakistan. | ||

My System: skystar 2 pci dvb card 6 feet metal casted dish with full c/ku support. | Well friends before I was getting HB 4 on six feet(180cm) dish and as the HB8 arrived the fringe reception has degraded and I am unable to receive valuable signals from HB8 on the same setup. Signal from other satellites are visible.Any body from Pakistan receiving signals of HB8 like 12692,12360 and others on any setup please reply. | ||

We dont have that many members in Pakistan, even fewer who are interested in Hotbird reception. Leave it a week. If you dont have any answer in that time - THEN you can think about asking again. | ||

My System: andrews dish - jaeger 1224 motor, vantage x221tsci, skystar 2, diablo v2.3, cyfra+ | you probably need to think about upgrading the dish to something larger if getting hotbird is that important to you | ||
