FTE Max S 300

Hello.

I have the fte Max S300, when I got it the box was already configured to receive all the premiere channels.
Two days ago there was a power outage and I lost some of my configuration settings to include all Premiere channels.

Can someone tell me what software I need to reprogram the system to receive Premiere again?
I no longer have the KeyCode menu under the Tools menu like I did before.

it is this way: sometimes lacking the energy to the receiver, it encrypted and only gives the channels on FTA. To return to the normal you have to do with the command (followed) : menu 20 20 and it will decoded(cas system enabled)
