Problem Updating Key on 500 fta

Hi!
I tried to update keys on my 500 FTA (with keyfly) but when I try to send the file to the receiver nothing happen!

Can somebody tell me what to do?

I've tried loader 2.3 and 2.4. Loaded the key file and pushed on send but...

Help please

Hi!
First you must check if that is the correct null cable. Did you have used it already? You also must see if your computer COM1 is not occupied by another device, that´s one reason, trie to select another COM, or trie to turn off the Firewall,

tks, but I used the cable for firmware updating and everything worked well.

I've v.326 installed with file downloaded from the link in this forum

Any other suggestion?

As I said before trie to change COM port, disable any program that conflicts whith COMs. Trie to work whith setting editor and check if it work well. Only one program at a time because the Com port.

Hi,

I have resolve a problem like this one making a logical reset of my receiver. (see in the menu of the receiver).
After i download a old version of firm (for example V280) with a empty list. After that, i have done the download sucessful with a new .

This solution work if theres no problem with the port !

Note : before that make a copy of your actual list
