Of my knowledge, what exists for Mac's is the Elgato eyetv 310. It connects via FireWire, and supports MPEG2 DVB-S reception(satellite). HDTV is possible, but only with this norm(MPEG2). Not compatible with MPEG4 DVB-S2. It does have a CI slot for a CAM.
