Problem with 7700HSCI

hello,

anyome with this receiver can try receive this frequency:

11591 V 20000 2/3 Atlantic Bird 3 @ 5° West

is french channels

France 2
France 5
ARTE Français
LCP:La Chaîne Parlementaire
France 3 Sat

i not have signal in this transponder with topfield 7700 hsci with last firmware.
with skystar 2 is perfect more 90% signal and level quality.

and with hispasat and frequency 11972 V 27500 3/4 have many freezes with perfect signal level and quality 98%

My System: channel master 1.2m dish technomate 6900,,and invacom 0.3 quad lnb satlook micro

sorry for delay but no problem on 5w with this receiver on all channels
