Ab ipbox 9000

Hello everyone,
as a newby to these receivers can someone finally please help before i commit to buying one.
Do i buy Cuberevo or the ibox9000 Is there a difference ?
is there a difference in software's
I cant make my mind up whether to get Dvb-s2 or a dvb-t as the 2nd tuner, "all i need" is to be able to watch my cctv on the 2nd tuner Hopefully as an av input and then watch it on the PIP, picture in picture.
please tell me this is possible.
Ps. to that, is pip available in the hd mode ?

Which software should i have installed before buying / delivary ?
Finally I don’t understand the enigma and the Cccam part of it at all , what is the difference between the 2,

will i need iether of them to enable me to use like my 5400 below eg updating keys are they some kind of cam / decoder ?
or are they some kind of emulator ?
can i run as the 5400 without enigma / Cccam
i do have at the moment a hummy 5400 which i update the keys etc so im slightley familiar in that dept ,A 50" plasma and a motorised 1.8 dish access to most sats eg 30w 1w 5e 7e 19e 28e and 42e
