ClarkeTech 5000C Flash Dump needed

I urgently need Flash Dump file for ClarkeTech 5000C. My receiver is dead and flash must be reprogrammed. Tried to download the firmware with RS232 but didn't worked. No lights on front panel.
Does anyone have flash dump file or any idea where I can find it?
I will very much appreciate your help. Thanks

My System: IDD CI24 ECONO MM Penta 1.20 Galaxy II 1.2Mtr Polar MTG yes it has been on the arc for 21 years and is still driven by a modified wiper motor from a Ford Anglia. It's like me sometimes groans but always performs

Hello

Welcome to the forum

I suggest you google for ClarkeTech 5000C and follow the links there. it would appear to be a satellite Combi unit presumably that is why it has a C suffix, it does though sound like you need a jtag to fix it

When trying to reflash it using RS232, did you start the loader with the box off?.. then turn the box on.

If not, try it, it might bring it back to life

My System: Covering 30W-105.5E range, two motors, C and Ku band. Various receivers/cards/cams/etc.

first, try to load boot_7109.stb via RS232, if successfull, then try the original firmware.

Regarding JTAG, as far as I know, there are no JTAG solutions available for STb7109, except evaluation kit from STmicroelectronics, which costs around $1500..
