Few new HD stations/Feeds

AB3 at 5ºw

11021 V 10851 - Mondial de l'auto 2006 in HDTV for TF1-HD
11470 V 29760 - M6 and NRJ12 HD

Hotbird at 13ºE

12322 H 27500 - Fashion TV HD (Currently Testing)

11591 V 30000 7/8 - New Discovery Mux with Discovery HD there.

Cant get a sniff of it, yet its on the European beam.

And anyway just read its in Powevu

Now ive read they are free to air and its Discovery HD UK and a new Polish regionalised one.

The Discovery HD channel and others discovery SD channels on 45'E are for NTL & TELEWEST i know this as i was at a NTL headend today and very soon they all will be encrypted in PowerVU , There is hardware tests at the moment,

They will be on the telewest and ntl and the HD channels will be on the telewest HD Tv Drive and NTL are testing HD at the moment are will have a HD pvr out by jan 2007

Also NTL will be getting there channel five HD feed from 16'e when it starts on there and have added channel five from 16'e today, And five life and five usa today from 16'e ready for october 15th

Well both pay really as NTL/TELEWEST (soon to be renamed virgin media) as they do a deal with the broadcaster to have the channels on there network but thats all up to the people who sit around in offices all day,

Any way at the headend i was at we installed a 2.4 andrew on a roof for 45'e as the bigger dish is used to allows rain margin

My System: Sony KLV26HG2 LCD TV, Humax HD-CI 2000 on a Fixed Sky/Astra/Hotbird. Cerebro Card. Infinity USB Phonix. Dragon Cam v4.1 w/Firecrypt & Loader Card.

From the end of October, German broadcasters ProSieben and Sat.1 will start continuous transmissions in High Definition.

I think over the next year there will be loads more hd channels around europe alot more then we have seen this year

Yes it is, its a test playout mind and I belive from an HD capable uplink trunk and not from Fashion tv playout centre, they probably arent there today.
