Humax HDCI-2000 V16 EPG problem

I've been using V11 for a long time, but since the recent configuration changes now mean CH4 HD works on later versions, decided to try V16. This is slightly better than version 11 in that the EPG info is not cropped at 80 characters, although it still misses words out.

However there is another problem. Many channels now display no EPG at all. It seems to be channels that have large values of SID - I'm not sure what the threshold is but BBC channels work whereas e.g. Chart Show channels don't. I even tried a Default Setting - no difference. V15 is just as bad. So it's back to V11.

Does anyone else have the same problem?
