Angry Humax support stinks

hi all
i have had a humax for about 18months. When i first got the unit all appeared well, that was until i tried to update, (we all know the problems with that), ohoned support. "we are not aware of any proble, email us your problem", and so on and so on.
the psu failed and i asked humax for a price for replacement, "this prouct is now discontinued" 18MONTHS OLD, what happened to support for a product. I have today been out and bought a technomate 6900, its in a different league, updated channel lists without having to be a computer boffin. Shame on you humax.

I don't know whereabouts you are in the world, but you could always try emailing the UK offices, Commercial Director Graham North should be able pass your details onto the appropriate department for some swift solution.

There is a very fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness"
