Did you notice any improvment after modification to the rcvr (paying KD10)?also please let me know the result of Spliter, As suggested by Ghani.

For Zenega CD1004iS you will see that it is different from earlier version of 1004S. !004S direct from Handan Korea with their original settings and possibilities open for all t/p and other settings. But CD1004iS is custom made for Zee, hence some modifications were incorporated. Now a day Zee has changed quite a lot of downloading frequencies. Now the send downward signals on 12647/V/27500 with 14 channels, 12729/V/27500 with 14 channels, 12534/H/27500 with 15 channels, 10977/H/27500 with 15 channels, 12688/H/27500 with 15 channels, 12595/V/40700 with 26 channels, 12534/V/40700 with 19 channels, 11038/H/27500 with 26 channels, 11172/H/27500 with 19 channels, 12688/V/27500 with 13 channels, 12647/H/27500 with 13 channels and 12595/H/40700 with 14 channels. Out of these 202 chanels they carry 161 TV Channels, 26 Radio Channels and 15 are Network identification channels. If your receiver is capable of tuning into any of their network signal channel your set certainly will tune into all channels. But if you tune any individual frequency mentioned above your set will be tuned only to that bunch of channels which are mentioned on that frequency. More next time

Hey viren,
are you sure the philips LNB will work...cos I'm feed up already ...i've tried so many LNB's from Eurostar.....various models ...but non seem to work.
Also I have an NSS disch set up and the installation is all ok...but I have bad signal quality and strength.

Whats this talk from ghani pak that the two way splitter will help !...

I'm lost and I need help./...this is getting frustrating.

let me know whether the splitter option worked or not...cos I'm having the same problem.

I tried introducing a 2 way splitter but it did not work. In fact there was a deterioration in the picture quality with the splitter in the line. Then i tried connecting a line amplifier in the cable connecting the LNB to the rceiver - neither did that work. The only other option is to try making fine adjustment to the dish alignment. If anyone has any new ideas PLEASE SUGGEST

U CAN GET THE SOFTWARE D-GRADED TO OLDER VERSION. BUT IF U KNO SOME PROPER GUY TO DO IT. U MAY NEED A SAME MODEL STB LOADED WITH OLD VERSION SW. I JUST TOLD IT COZ IT'S POSSIBLE. U GET THE RIGHT PERSON OR NOT TO DO IT IS ANOTHER ISSUE.

will get upgraded if u tune to some dish tv transponder. watching only dd+ channels wont upgrade it

. kaon is better

. it would not upgrade even if u watch dish tv unless u factory reset it

That can be changed easily enough in a future software upgrade - the UK Sky boxes reset themselves overnight to load new software!

new upgrade now works for select diseq switch means now u can have more dish over zanega just upload the last version and also inter active is increase for all the packages good work dish people keep the good things go

I need same.. and tell me.
I have zenega Cd-1005s receiver I want upgradate It from NSS-6 through Dish tv plate from. it is not provide from dishtv. It is Conex Embeded and same as Dish TV IRD. can i Do through go Dish Tv Frqncy or Not? I tried locked it but not upgraded. showing DD direct chennels. somebody have idea for R and D please give me...
I will flow and go to result. it may be we will to a good destination.

karma u r proceeding to the right direction. and i dont understand why were u confused

. just give the filename as zenega and save. power on stb and downloading starts. when it' s 100% finished, its over. now rename the saved file to zenega.bin. Done

. u can call me if u wish to. where do u live ?

Sorry for a late reply. you should have a atleast 4 feet dish, perfectly aligned. the LNB should be rotated to get max signal.

Also, you should have a dedicated cable without any spliters etc or any thing...

The bad Quality of signals is not always due to the LNB and Cable, but mostly due to the poor quality of Zenga recevers that are supplied with the Dish TV.

If you check the signal strength of a particular frequency with any other reciver.... i have tested in Star Track (World in Box) ... results very very much....
Star Track shows 85%.... Zenga shows 45%... rest is lost some where INSIDE the recever.

Till now zenega did not replyed any thing like that to any one, May be star track, having some extra strength, Why dont you try it one more other receiver for the final result. & Let us know.

Locked for various TP 66-73%. Yes Whole TP i've Saved and Search to all.
I tried once agian after ur ulert. still its not upgrade.
